Points not received

I think there was a message after you submitted that the points won't be applied until after the 20th of April. 

This was covered on the survey and you might have missed it. Everyone who completes the survey and enters their THWACK username will be rewarded 5,000 THWACK points to use in the store, valid for any redemption you like, after April 22, 2024.   

The survey runs through end of day April 19, 2024. Once closed, the THWACK team will be compiling the participants and will then begin processing points after April 22, 2024.

Thanks makes sense it's the 23/4 today and I did the survey and I didn't get the points is it a deal where it might take a few days 

Thank you.  I remember seeing that as well but I too have not received these points yet as of today (4/23/24).

We are compiling the participants and are working to get all the earned pointes award by weeks end.  Keep an eye out in the coming days for your points to start showing up. Thank you for your patience and participation!

We have uploaded points earned into the our platform and you should be seeing your points populate by end of day tomorrow.  Again, Thank You for participating.

Nice one I'm saving my points up for something I like in the store 

Sure I completed this one as well as the THWACK camp survey but not seen my points balance change from either yet.
