Another terrible experience with support

I was upgrading earlier this week to 2025.1.1.  The Core server went smoothly but I kept getting an error when I tried to upgrade the polling server.  I open up a ticket and upload the error and  logs. 

The support engineer tells me to update the certificate.

I ended up using Loop1 to help fix my issue.

I gladly gave 1 star for my experience and I immediately heard back from customer experience.  i gave her a my brutally honest review and experiences.  She will pass it on.

This company has no need to fix their support.  I have been dealing with bad support for over 2 years now.

I think I will recommend taking my business elsewhere.

This company wants to maximize profits over their customers.
