Server SolarWinds Log Manager for Orion Trap Service cannot Running on Additional Polling Engine

Hi, we have issue with "Service SolarWinds Log Manager for Orion Trap Service" cannot Running On Additional Polling Engine, we have 5 Polling engine like:

1 Main Polling and 4 Additional Polling, and we found issue from Orion Service Manager for SolarWinds Log Monitoring for Orion Trap service status Stopped, we test running but not work with back to Stopped, i will attach the Capture
What is the problem? and How we can troubleshoot this issue?

Please HELP .

Based on the information you provided, most likely there is a software that conflicts with that service. You can check the log just like what Seashore recommended or create a ticket under support.
