THWACK/Customer Portal account link

I can't link my customer portal account to my THWACK account - followed the link at the bottom of the page and nothing loads, tried on different browsers, different devices and all the same? One of my colleagues is having the same issue

We’re aware the linked accounts option isn’t working at the moment and our dev team is hard at work on fixing this. Rest assured, we’ll put out a mass notice to the community when this is working again…
