THWACK Monthly Mission - August 2024
Welcome back to another monthly mission! Allow us to reorient you with the best options for getting ahead of the curve as we come Back to School! We’re excited about all the extra-curricular options this year has to offer for those new to the SolarWinds Academy and those who may need a refresher on all tips for up-leveling your IT solutions. We’ve got training sessions, special certifications to add to your resume, and more to explore this month. Don’t cut class – you could win big and take home an iPad (10th Generation)!
AUGUST MISSION
Use the mission’s resources to complete the tasks and answer the questions for a chance to win!
Answer each question correctly during the week and you'll be entered for a chance to win the weekly prize.
Answer all 20 questions correctly over the course of the month and you'll be entered for a chance to win the grand prize.
150 points are being awarded for each correctly answered question. There are 20 questions, which means you can earn a maximum of 3,000 points for this mission.

PLEASE NOTE: All mission prizes will be drawn on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. We must issue the prizes as they’re described, there are no substitutions.
MISSION SHORTCUT
Complete the steps below between Monday, August 5, 2024 and September 1, 2024 to be entered to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!
Shortcut steps:
- 1. Access the Virtual Classrooms Calendar link to view SolarWinds Academy Live Classes.
- 2. Navigate the calendar to September 2024.
- 3. Register for any of the SolarWinds Academy Live Classes from September 16-28 (must be a customer under current maintenance with a Customer Portal login)
- 4. Send a screenshot of your registration confirmation that will be sent in your email.
- 5. BONUS: You can earn up to 2000 Thwack points when you complete a Live class and answer the survey from SolarWinds Academy.
A new question will open every day (Monday - Friday) starting on August 5, 2024. Once a question has opened, it will remain open until August 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
