Each year we release a THWACK survey to support IT Pro Day. This year, we want to explore how tech pros can feel empowered to upskill and grow professionally by putting the experiences from your daily lives to work. We want to hear about the hard and soft skills you’ve learned, discuss how hobbies and interests outside of work can enhance your career, and identify what each of you believe to be your next career opportunity.
We’ll show how those skills, learned over the past year (either at home or at work, or both!) can help you all up-level your career today and continue to support businesses as they navigate the new challenges the next normal will bring.
