Bump...also noting that there are 168 hours in 7 days. Why would my widget report up to 336 hours "in past seven days" What is the point of setting service desk hours if you cannot manage your SLA hours?

Ummm Joey, I believe your customers who rely on Service Desk samanage would GREATLY appreciate a banner, or say, a NOTIFICATION in their cloud service where that bell and horn thingy are. We don't follow SW news when we're busy responding to service tickets; where we spend 99% of our time in the portal. THwACK is NOT where…

Yes, Solarwinds Service desk. You need to fix, or create a widget for customers who do not provide a 24x7 SLA. The clock keeps ticking after hours and weekends. Not fair to our support staff.
