I had the same issue with my set up as well so I was forced to simply disable the 'company' and set up all my clients as 'locations'. But of course this means that I simply ignore the sites with multiple locations and log them against the company as a whole.

Hi, I realised a while back that ticket reports include non charge work which is really annoying. However the billing report isn't much better since it simply adds ALL billing rates that aren't 0 together.
