  • I see that the new update requires an Admin password to add new Techs to the system but I do not know the password. I am the Admin and using my regular password is not working. Can someone steer me in the right direction, please?

  • This would make my life so much easier! I'm sending a report of open incidents to each branch manager and there is little data to see (thank goodness). Table format is much easier to read and make sense of.
