WPM Recorder not loading fully / white screen

My regular desktop computer has been taken away and I've been given a new and improved Citrix Desktop! When I open WPM Transaction Recorder all I get is a white screen. The powers that be granted me Admin access on the box, but that didn't help. How can I get it working?
