Allow Customer Modification of Password Complexity Rules

As of Release 12.8 Web Help Desk now requires tech's to use 12 character long complex passwords to login:

This makes logging into Web Help Desk artificially complicated and has really put a negative taste in the mouths of new tech's whom are subject to the new password complexity rules.

This feature request is to modify the application so that the customer (us) can choose how complex passwords need to be when logging into Web Help Desk.

The fact that 12 character passwords were enforced arbitrarily by the 12.8 update is really maddening and needs to be "undone" ASAP.
