While you press the 'Save' or 'Save & Email' buttons, hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard, and the ticket will save and exit of out the ticket.

You can also press the 'Save' or 'Save & Email' buttons, hold the ALT key on your keyboard, to automatically create a new ticket after it has been saved.
