Word wrap issue in 12.7.10 again

Question

Similar to a previous hotfix needed in 12.7.1, I upgraded yesterday from 12.7.8 to 12.7.10 and now I'm seeing the Word wrapping issue in the ticket Request Detail field issue that was fixed in hotfix 12.7.1.538 HF: 
 SolarWinds Web Help Desk 12.7.1.538 Hot Fix (WHD-3817 and WHD-3816) 
 This hot fix resolves the following issues: 
 * Word wrapping in the ticket Request Detail field 
 I'll open a ticket on this as well, but I didn't know if anyone else on 12.7.10 has seen any word wrap issues as well yet. 12.7.10 to fix our OAuth email issues, but now we have the word wrap issues

michellem812 For the Word-Wrap issue support gave us the following work around. 1. Navigate to: \bin\webapps\helpdesk\css\ SharedStyles.css & \bin\webapps\helpdesk\sass\SharedStyles.scss 2. Open the SharedStyles.css file 3. Update the text word-break:break-all} to word-wrap: break-word} 4. Save file (make sure you don't change the file type) 5. Restart WHD

SolarWinds identified this as a bug in 12.7.10: In relation to the word wrap issue reported, our development group has investigated your issue and have identified a bug in our product. We have added this bug to our list of known defects and will prioritize it for future release according to its severity and scope of impact to our customer base.

please try the following workaround: 
 1. Stop the WHD service 
 2. Navigate to: \bin\webapps\helpdesk\css\ 
 3. Make a backup copy of the SharedStyles.css file 
 4. Open the SharedStyles.css file 
 5. Update the text word-break:break-all} to word-wrap: break-word} 
 6. Save file (make sure you don't change the file type) 
 7. Restart WHD
