Error Message when Saving ticket

I had a user get this error message when submitting a ticket. This has occurred recently also but thought it was resolved. Any idea why this is happening and how stop getting this message going forward ?

  • You might try to reboot WebHD, stop/restart the service.  I have had that resolve some issues like this where I removed some Request Types but somehow it kept triggering my Action rules and giving errors.

  • There is a know issue where if you delete a Request Type that action rules using the 'any of' logic still try to process deleted Request Types. Therefore clear the entries for 'any of' save and then re-select you choices and then save again.

    Best to upgrade to the latest version too.
