WHD upgrade 12.7.8 causing emails from old tickets

We recently upgraded from 12.7.6 to 12.7.8. After performing the upgrade, we began to receive emails generated from WHD regarding old closed emails.  It is a slow trickle of these and there doesn't appear to be a reason why this is occurring. All these tickets are closed and are several months old.  Has anyone ran into this issue?  Is there some place we I can see what tickets are generating notifications and maybe put a stop to it?

  • So like it started, out of no where the problem went away.  It was only tickets that had been created starting in September of 21 through the day we upgraded.  It was not every ticket closed, just random ones.  I really could not detect a pattern or way to determine which ticket would generate a message other than all were closed tickets.  The only thing I can think of is these were tickets that were supposed to send some sort of notice, but never did.  Maybe they were created without notifying the user of the ticket creation and maybe had a flag within the DB to do that.  Not really sure.  I'll chalk it up to Ghosts in the Machine.
