Pleasant surprise to see this released. I like the Create Ticket addition. I REALLY like that is displays nicely on the iPad now.
IF ONLY, the were a SEARCH ASSETS (please)
I really don't see the point on Search Clients, but I don't see any reason to remove it either, but I do very much want to see a Search Assets in the Mobile Client.
Also, when doing a Search Tickets, and clicking Query, the drop down field should be much wider. There is nothing to the right to prevent it, and it looks cheap the way it is now ("Select a " is all that displays when there is plenty of room to make the dropdown field wide enought to display "Select a Query").
