New Features / Enhancements

More power to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) members with workflow improvements: We've removed the minimum approver setting, and now any CAB member can decline the request with an optional note.

The next release also includes the following improvements to strengthen the Web Help Desk (WHD) Core 

Improvements to Out of Office based on your feedback.
Making the Purchase Order tab easier to use.
Security fixes.

With the recent implementation of a much better vacation scheduler will see an improvement to working hours so that different days can have different hours? See this FR:

Did the apostrophe issue come back? I can't paste and execute saved queries into SQL query analyzer without replacing every one.

Will we be seeing further enhancement to the client interface? for the 12.7.0/1 release we saw the history and profile tabs get a modernization rewrite (and unfortunately some bugs that made it through the 12.7.0 beta program). Wil we be seeing other tabs also get refreshed?
