We’re pleased to announce the current release of Web Help Desk 12.8 is available on the SolarWinds website and in your customer portal. As with all versions, there are many updates, including bug fixes, code refactoring, and features. We’re especially excited about a few things in this release.

What’s New?

Feature -More power to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) members with workflow improvements: We've removed the minimum approver setting, and now any CAB member can decline the request with a note.
Improvements to strengthen the Web Help Desk (WHD) Core - Improvements to Out of Office based on customer feedback, Making the Purchase Order tab easier to use, and security fixes.
