We’re pleased to announce the current release of SolarWinds^® Web Help Desk^® (WHD) 12.8.4 is now available on the SolarWinds website and in your customer portal. As with all versions, you’ll find updates, bug fixes, code refactoring, and enhancements. We’re especially excited about some of the features in this release.

What’s New?

Improvements—to the My Ticket and Group Ticket tab lists

Security Enhancements—we’ve upgraded libraries to address vulnerabilities which will ensure strengthening of the Web Help Desk core.
