SolarWinds Web Help Desk 12.8.3 is Now Generally Available!
We’re pleased to announce the current release of SolarWinds® Web Help Desk 12.8.3 is available on the SolarWinds website and in your customer portal. As with all versions, there are many updates, including bug fixes, code refactoring, and features. We’re especially excited about a few things in this release.
What’s New?
- Parent-Child Ticket Visual Indicators (Linked and Closed): This allows techs/agents to see how many child tickets are open for a particular parent ticket. There will be fewer clicks, and thereby, more time will be available for new tickets.
- Set Password Complexity Rule: This allows you to set password complexity rules per your IT policy.
- Security Enhancements: Libraries upgraded to address vulnerabilities, which will ensure the strengthening of the WHD core.
