SolarWinds®︎ Web Help Desk 12.8.1 is Now Generally Available!

We’re pleased to announce the current release of Web Help Desk 12.8.1 is available on the SolarWinds website and in your customer portal. As with all versions, there are many updates, including bug fixes, code refactoring, and features. We’re especially excited about a few things in this release.

What’s New?

  • Faster response by Agents - Customizable pre saved Ticket note template / canned responses will ensure that Agent’s response is faster. Efficiency increases as more tickets can be handled.
  • Helping Agents to save time – Now the Ticket asset area on asset info tab shows the “Count” of the multiple assets. No need to scroll down to confirm correct number of assets are attached to the ticket.
  • Improvements in WMI Asset discovery
