Request to enhance the out of the box alert - Unregistered Phones > 5% alert. The value in the trigger condition for "VoIP Call Manager - Unregistered Phones(CallManager Current Stats) only accepts a numeric value, request to have condition accept alpha characters as an option to identify the actual status of the phone in the Call Manager using an actual name. Its needed so that the condition will clear and only alert on phones with a pre-selected status, (Example below). Currently the value box turns red. (See screenshot)
