Existing IPSLA operations

Question

Hello, 
 I am relatively new to the VoIP & Network Quality (VNQM) module. We have some IPSLA settings already defined on some switches. if a devices is licensed, and I only have Read permission SNMP strings defined, should I be able to see the operation in the module or is the module only able to display and track the operations defined on the devices using Orion?

First the nodes have to be NPM monitored. Then from the VNQM Settings, Add Nodes. Finally Add Operations.
