We initially used a trial of VNQM in the lab environment and everything worked as expected and the trial ended.
We took the option, NOT to delete the CDR/CMR files as we were hoping to import these again once we had installed the software in our LIVE environment.
Once installed on the LIVE environment, the files in the SFTP directory are being marked as outdate, suspect that these may be too old, however is there a way that we can actually import these?
What is actually telling VNQM that these files are outdated, is there a system setting anywhere?
We have files going as far back as Oct 2022, that we would like to import for historical purposes.
Can anyone advise on if this is achievable or not?
