VoIP Event Alert

We are getting a license alert in SW about reaching the limit of IP Phones. However when inspecting some of the phones that are licensed, the phones have been removed from CUCM and the license has not been released by Solarwinds. How can I correct this issue?

  • If you remove phones from one call manager and add them to another call manager on the first device, it shows as "Unregistered", and on the new on it will show as "Registered".
    Once you move the phones to the new call manager, delete the first node and add it back to VNQM.
