Forum VNQM - ASR9010 - UDP Jitter - Operation is down

We are getting an error stating ' Operation is not found' and it status is down for one of a UDP jitter operation from a Cisco ASR9010 router.

We are unsure what is causing this. Could someone advice.

Please note these operations are automatically in Solarwinds after onboarding the device.
