I am new to Solarwinds VNQM. I was able to generate basic call reports using built in templates. However, the built in templates do not provide options to customize the reports based on my requirement. Wonder if there are any documents I can follow, including writing my own queries.
Secondly, is there a way to generate call reports directly from the voice router (H.323 gateway in my case). The router is configured to send syslog messages to the Solarwinds sftp server and wonding if I would be able to run the reports against those logs.
