We've had many occurrences over the last few months where our storage team will put virtual hosts into maintenance mode (which only applies to the node & not the virtual hosts themselves), under the impression that muting has been paused on these hosts, then said virtual hosts will trigger alerts anyways. The response from support was that this was essentially not possible & only the nodes associated with the hosts can be put into maintenance mode.
