I'm looking to generate a report that contains a list of all of our alerts along with their "Evaluation Frequency of Alert" and "Condition must exist for more than" values.

These are the 2 values I'm referring to that can be found when going to "Manage Alerts" -> selecting an alert -> "EDIT ALERT":

I don't have the answer immediately. I would start here SolarWinds Information Service v3.0 Schema Documentation Index , pick your version and look at the schemas. There is a filter at the top and I would start with 'alert'.
