Problem Pulling End of Sale/Support Information

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone come across this problem? Trying to pull End of xxx data from Solarwinds, when I try to run it either in SWQL Studio or as an API in Postman it doesn't return any results, yet if I add it as a Widget in a modern dashboard it returns the data. Here is the code that I am running:

Select N.caption as [Device Name]
, N.IP_Address as [IP Address]
, N.Vendor
, N.CustomProperties.SerialNumber
, N.CustomProperties.SiteName as [Site Name]
, N.CustomProperties.HigherHealthAuthority as [Higher Health Authority]
, N.NodeProperties.EndOfSales
, N.NodeProperties.EndOfSoftware
, N.NodeProperties.EndOfSupport
, N.NodeProperties.EosComments

from orion.nodes as N
Where n.CustomProperties.HigherHealthAuthority = 'ABC'

SWQL Studio and use the "Copy Query As" functionality... But that's because I'm lazy and bad at escaping my own URLs.

Just tried your query in SWQL studio, without your custom properties of course. I ran just fine.

Is it working without the where-part?

Nope it still fails,

But if I comment out the NodeProperties.EndofXXX it works:

Odd - almost like the NodeProperties (NVM.NodeProperties) Navigation Property is broken/connected to the wrong place. Or there is no data (since this acts like an INNER JOIN).

If you select TOP X from NCM.NodeProperties, does that return data?

I get nothing back when I run it SWQL Studio:

But run the same SWQL in creating a Widget Table on a Modern dashboard it works (doing a show records):

This says "permissions" to me - are you using the same user in SWQL Studio and on the platform?

Yep using the same Account on both SWQL Studio as I am on the Platform. I have just done a check using a local account (rather than an AD account) and same things happen..

Ok this is getting wacky... Just did a File - New Connection to connect back with my account in to SWQL Studio and the data is now showing, but is still failing in PostMan, just shows "result": []...

Yeah - I'm out when you brought in PostMan.

Are you using the new 17774 port? I can't think of anything else.
