Need to set changing time zone alert on the server

Log a support case with Solarwinds support.

Can't you use the Asset Inventory information to look at the Time zone?

Then just throw an alert when it doesn't match what it's supposed to.

Alternatively, you can use the Server Configuration and look for changes if you are capturing the assets that way.

Another approach might be a SAM monitor for whatever windows events get thrown for a time zone change.

Looks like 4616, maybe filter it to only record if the time zone change was made by an account other than local system.  You'd see exactly when it was changed and by who

There's also a simpler to read event.
