Delaying Windows Service Down Alerts

Hi, 

On the Trigger Condition, there is a tick box totowards the bottom where you can set a time condition:

Unlike the statistic values for the Service component monitor type, there is not an option to put such a delay in. 

Therefore, you will need to separate this in to a dedicated alert definition and use the 'Condition must exist for more than 15 minutes' setting available on the Trigger Condition page.
