It's a fact that SolarWinds can't keep up with the speed at which new devices emerge in the market. As a service provider, I struggle a lot with SolarWinds because of this. I need a feature that allows us to create custom profiles for unsupported equipment, similar to what we have with NCM perhaps. SolarWinds lags far behind in the speed of supporting devices compared to other manufacturers...
