Add Support for Solidfire Clusters

Now that this is owned by NetApp, enterprise acceptance should be increasing. especially with all the private/hybrid cloud implementations with openstack/openshift/docker, etc...

We just cut the PO for SolidFire and will be cutting the PO for several Solar Wind modules including SRM so it would be great to have this in your system so I can use it for reporting.
