Storage Objects by Capacity Risk SWQL

Hello,

I have read that there isn't a way to edit the percentages used in the Warning, Critical, and At Capacity calculations, but I have been asked to recreate this dashboard using 70% for warning, 80% for critical, and 85% for At Capacity.  Can these calculations be recreated using SWQL with the updated percentages, or will the end user just need to stick with the current percentages used in the Storage Objects by Capacity Risk dashboard?
