Add SQL Target: unable do resolve network location

If you're able to connect via SSMS from the same machine using the same credentials, then the issue is likely with the host discovery part of the connection tests.  Can you try running Steps 2-9 from this post and see if you're able to connect via WMI?

If you receive any errors messages during this test, you'll want to verify the following on the target machine:

• The account being using for the Monitoring Service is part of the Administrators group on the host
• The Remote Registry service is started
• The Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service is started
• All the necessary ports for WMI are open, which can be found at https://docs.sentryone.com/help/performance-analysis-required-ports.
