Beginning a week ago the Health Score charts in the web portal are not working. They all display "There is no data to display" The health score in the client is fine. Currently on 2024.3.1. There is a 2024.3.9 but this is not available for the EPI customers. The 2024.3 version as a whole isn't available as selection when submitting the support case which has also confused the support representative. The ticket has been open just for a couple of days so likely will take a while still to get through the process.
Has anyone else run into this? Took a glance at the errors in the logs ( c$\ProgramData\sentryone\monitor\monitorportal\logs ) but nothing immediately standing out.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
