Health scores differ between desktop client and portal

The health scores displayed in my SQL Sentry desktop client and Portal rarely if ever agree.

The desktop client currently shows a score of 84 over the past 24 hours at the "global" level (no filtering applied). The Portal shows 68, again for 24 and unfiltered.

Why do I have such drastic differences between these two? Is the algorithm different between them?

    Hello,  HealthCareGov

It's possible that the desktop client and portal use different algorithms to calculate health scores, or they might consider different data sources when making those calculations. There could be configuration mismatch between the desktop client and portal.
