 am asking is there any option to monitor most expensive queries in MSSQLSERVER for more than one hour

 This screenshot looks like it's coming from the AppInsight for SQL feature in Server & Application Monitor (SAM). You might have more luck posting your question in that Forum . 
 If you decide to explore SQL Sentry, it can definitely help you monitor the most expensive queries in SQL Server.
