With 2000 team members many team members use the @ mention function
We use this to call attention to that team member.
It was suggested by SolarWinds support to review the Notifications, but then found out we cannot disable the notification template.
I suggest that SolarWinds either develops technology that will eliminate notifying the same person twice or allow us to disable this notification template.
I think that developing a way for SolarWinds to identify when someone is duplicated and only send one email is the easiest way.
Trying to get 2000 team members to first read the email and then act on it is a challenge.
