Being part of a multi-site and global company, we encounter incidents, service requests, and changes in multiple languages. As an IT service manager, comprehending everything happening in the system in real time, or focusing on a specific request (perhaps one that's delayed), becomes challenging due to the language differences. Creating a common knowledge base in SWSD is equally difficult.
While we have made English the main language for the platform, we have staff at our production sites who struggle with it.
Considering these issues, real-time translation (maybe using AI) of all text using the default user language could vastly improve how we manage the platform. Alternatively, a simple "translate button" on ticket descriptions and comments could be of great help.
