My company just got hold of SWSD and its ITSM features to help us in becoming compliant with ISO27001. We are currently in the testing phase and realised that when incidents come through they arn't displaying any relation to the asset in which they came form (such as in issue being created on a desktop somewhere within the business and knowing it relates to desktop0001 for example). We can manually add the asset after the ticket is created but we are looking for this to apply automatically.
