Hide / Remove Site

I'm looking to hide / remove site field in incident. 

I have multiple clients using portal, I'm trying to hide sites from incidents so each client cant see all. Is it posable to remove site field? Iv created custom fields to show sites that pertain to each client.

  • As far as I can tell, it's not possible to disable for service agent users, only for the Requester and Task User roles.

    If you have the checkbox disabled, Requesters and Task Users won't be able to see it on the Portal even if Agents can. You can double check if you switch to the portal view on your account and then click the button for a new ticket/incident.
