Service Desk emails going to O365 Junk

Hello everyone,

I figured there would have been a thread about this already but can't seem to find it.  Then again I've only had one cup of coffee so far this morning.  We are receiving emails from our Service Desk but microsoft dumps them to our junk folder.  We've tried whitelisting various samanage domains as well as sendgrid domains and we've had this problem before with sendgrid when it sends on behalf (via) someone else.  Has anyone found a solid way to whitelist these emails so they don't go to junk?
