How can I use the Asset Automation rules to create an incident when a device hasn't checked in/updated in over 90 days?
The critial piece I'm stuck on is the Trigger. Since the asset isn't created or updated, which is the main point of this automation, it doesn't ever trigger. I tried leaving it on trigger "Object Updated" but that again defeats the point of this automation rule.
Thanks joeybrown for the quick response. Unfortunately, this doesn't work. I swapped it to Custom and redid the conditions with a timebased 3m after last update date/time. I also added another condition just to scope it down to one owner. The automation is still not running...
To confirm should I be using the normal "Condition" or the "Time based Condition"

interesting. I don't see anything here that would make it so the automation wouldn't run. Can you open a ticket with our support team so we can take a deeper look at this.
