We use changes for project management in SWSD, but the options are very limited. We don't use Rollback Plan and Test Plan. I with that could be toggled off. often our projects are huge with several parts. Creating incidents and linking them doesn't work for our flow. I wish there was a change parts section. I guess tasks would work, but it's annoying not all being on the same screen. I almost want a waterfall change management or a tree.
I understand that SWSD is not a project management application, I just want some additional tools for change management.
