Cannot approve by email after recent update

The recent change makes it not possible to approve by email anymore.  Previously approvers get Approve and Decline buttons.  Now it is replaced with a link to the ticket.  This is a step backward.

  • I had a session with the Product Management team.  They are working on rolling back this feature for the customers that don't need it early next week.  Please make sure you escalate this to your account manager if you would like this rolled back for you, too.
