Issue with Forwarded tickets

We've recently migrated to the ESM platform and in initial testing I've realized that a ticket in the state of Forwarded from one provider to another still shows as an Active ticket in the original provider.  Shouldn't a Forwarded state be considered a Closed ticket since it is no longer open under that provider?  I could see this being confusing to requestors thinking that Forwarded is still an open ticket that is being worked.  Also, the demo in my screenshot below has been resolved/closed in the service provider it was forwarded to so it truly is marked as completed.
