Best practice
After changes are on your calendar, you can start to think about who needs visibility into the changes that are planned. SolarWinds recommends you designate one individual to own the change calendar and share it with the proper parties rather than having everyone who might need visibility create their own change calendar. This makes it easy to scale and allows visibility for those who are not agents if they need visibility. Your calendar will offer the option to make the newly created calendar public or to invite specific individuals to view the calendar.
Did this ever get resolved? I am having the same issue.
It is not working for me either. I suspect it is due to a special character in our company name. The error message should include the company name as the name of the calendar. For me, when I add it to a google calendar, it shows up as "M/I Help Desk." My suspicion is that the "/" in our name is breaking the calendar add function in Outlook. Do you have any special characters in your company name?
No we do not have any special characters
I also opened a Customer support case. Hopefully I will get some good feedback there and will post it back here.
Thanks
Its working for me now...
Just checked myself and it isn't for us, unless we're doing something wrong?
Went on actions > Change Calendar > added the link to my Outlook calendar 'Add Calendar > From Internet' but, this did not work.
Add Calendar --> Subscribe from Web --> Copy and paste WebCal link
