Error 401 Access denied! when user uploading a file in Employee Onboarding Request

Hi, 
 We have a Service Task user who needs to submit the Employee Onboarding Request form. This requires an upload of an agreement file as part of the inputs. When she tries to upload a document, she receives:

Can you please help with how to get this user permissions to upload a document to this request?

Hi SM_MCC , I know this is an old request but I was wondering if you were able to get the issue resolved? If not, I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team by emailing them at technicalsupport@solarwinds.com so we can look deeper into the issue. Your requester shouldnt be running. into an error when attaching a document no matter what their permissions are.
